  • Bakery 105 Wedding Photographer | Hannah & Quin

Hannah and Quin got married on a beautiful October day in downtown Wilmington, North Carolina. They chose Bakery 105 for their venue, which is one of my favorite places to work. Hannah and Quin were not only just pure joy to be around, they were also my IDEAL clients for so many reasons. Hannah told me she just wanted her photos to look like art. Instead of jamming our timeline full of every single second packed with planned portraits, she wanted to give me freedom to do what I do best. Create art and beautiful candid moments. And that made for some of my favorite photos yet. They also booked my 35mm film add on, which went perfectly with the aesthetic. It was giving speakeasy vibes, but modern. The dance floor was packed all night, and I had so much fun with these two. They had the “Pittsburg cookie table” set up and yes I did spend the evening after the wedding eating cookies in my bed while I downloaded all their photos. Check out the highlights from their wedding day!

  • Burgwin Wright House & Three10 Wedding Photographer | Karley & Josh

After a small hiatus from blogging, I’m back! Took some time off and now I’m back and ready to share the rest of my 2025 weddings! Starting with this gorgeous day at the end of September. It ended up being freakishly hot for this time of year in Wilmington, but it also was supposed to rain all day, and it ended up staying dry for us, so I have ZERO complaints!!! Karley and Josh chose the historic Burgwin Wright House in downtown Wilmington, North Carolina for their ceremony. They only had their absolute closest people there with them, followed by a small reception at the local restaurant, Three10. Both locations were unique, beautiful, and full of southern charm. I love wedding days like this one: slower paced, less stress, smaller guest count, I think you get even more personal photos that way. I think the highlight for me was one of Karley’s nieces giving the prayer before dinner all on her own. Spunky flower girls really have my heart. And of course, my other favorite part of the day, is that they added on my 35mm film package, which as always, turn out to be some of my absolute favorite photos of the whole day. Here are the highlights from Karley and Josh’s big day!!
