Wilmington NC Wedding Photographers

Every time I book a wedding with a client who plans their own backyard wedding, I never know what to expect. I had met Haley and Andy when they attended a wedding I had photographed in the past, so I knew we would have fun either way. But when I arrived on the morning of Haley and Andy’s wedding day to her parent’s gorgeous home in historic downtown Wilmington, I was blown away. A stunning backyard full of obviously a very well taken care of garden, bar area, the perfect spot for a ceremony and a reception. It was perfect. A small wedding, super intimate with just the people they were closest with, a food truck for dinner (which was INCREDIBLE by the way), never ending craft cocktails (curated by the bride’s father!), and a dance party that just couldn’t quit. We had perfect weather, the best wedding party, and so much fun. This is one of those days that I could relive over and over again.
