When Kellyn & Josh first approached me (practically two years ago!!!) to photograph their wedding on New Years Eve, I jumped at the thought. Have you ever been to a wedding on a day like that? It’s incredible. The bride and groom had every single family and friend surrounding them all day, they said their vows in one of the most beautiful churches I’ve ever stepped foot in, they had a live band, they danced their butts off, they drank champagne, and they all brought in 2017 together. The details were bright and sparkling, the cupcake tower was DELICIOUS, and the music was so much fun the dance party literally never ended. My cheeks were actually hurting from smiling and laughing so much. There were some pretty great dancers there. I think my favorite thing about my job is getting to work with such amazing couples. Kellyn & Josh are two people with incredibly sweet souls, but they still know how to make each other (and us) laugh. I love that. I’m so happy I get to see this family again in June for Kellyn’s brother’s wedding! Can’t wait for round two :) Now go look at some photos!!!
