Just some more sunset magic with Erin & Stephen. I Just some more sunset magic with Erin & Stephen. I can’t wait for their wedding next year!! One of my favorite things I remember them saying to me when we FaceTimed before they booked me, was how they couldn’t stand when photos backgrounds were completely white and blown out. I love that they recognized that in other peoples photos and picked out a photographer right for their style and what they like. Finding your wedding photographer is definitely a big deal and you should find someone who’s work you LOVE. Not just anyone with a nice camera who you want to recreate a Pinterest board. Makes me happy when my clients do their research and come to me knowing exactly what they want 🙌🏼

Sometimes, I get to work with couples who make me Sometimes, I get to work with couples who make me smile the entire day. This is one of those couples. They were absolutely overjoyed just to be near each other, and everyone on the entire beach felt that. The love from all their friends and family members was seriously overwhelming, I arrived a stranger and I left a lifelong friend. These two have a kind of love that I think EVERYONE should strive for. You ladies set the bar pretty high, and I’m beyond thrilled that I was able to be there. Thank you Kylie and Abby for being authentically yourselves all day long. Thank you to the guests for bringing the party, thank you to the DJ for allowing them to play the best music I’ve heard at a wedding in YEARS - and thank you to the weather for taking what was supposed to be a rainy day and turning it into the most beautiful day ever. CONGRATULATIONS YOU WONDERFUL HUMANS ♥️ I can’t wait until the next time I get to see you again and we can scream Dashboard Confessional at the top of our lungs.

How is it already Friday? Where have I been? Oh ye How is it already Friday? Where have I been? Oh yeah, running around the USA like a crazy person. That’s where. ANYWAY - on Fridays I like to introduce myself to new clients, new followers, new friends, and do these little #fridayintroductions so let’s get it - HELLO MY NAME IS ALLISON AND I LIKE TO TAKE PHOTOS. Sorry I yelled. I’m a Leo and I can be a bit extra. I’m like the guac of humans. But I swear it’s a lot of fun 😂 I’ve already been awake for like 3 hours because I had a sunrise session this morning at the beach - and we’re already onto coffee number two without food yet, hence the yelling. Things about me! - I love grammar. I’m really good at it. All my parents were teachers. I’ve literally been unable to date people before because they spell at a third grade level. Maybe that’s why I’m still single? 😅 - I love my dog. All dogs, really. They’re amazing creatures and we don’t deserve them. But follow my floofy queen on Instagram if you want a dose of frequent cuteness @lunatunalovegood - I’m a travel-holic. I have 3 big trips booked for next year, including Peru, Mexico, and the Balkans (Croatia, Montenegro, etc etc etc) AND I CAN’T WAIT! - I pride myself on my photo turnaround. This is my full time job and my main priority, and currently I still do all my editing myself. It can be overwhelming at times but I stress myself out when I let all my work pile up so even when I’m at my busiest, I try to knock out editing each session as quickly as possible. - I am also the queen of emails. I actually really hate talking on the phone. I am a one-woman show over here and I have a lot of clients to keep track of, so I love being able to just scan through our emails back and forth to keep myself organized and efficient. That’s why you will always hear from me via email! - September and October may potentially be the death of me, or at least my social life. Hands down this is the busiest year I’ve ever had. I am grateful and I am so happy to be busy but I look forward to slowing down…… someday? Maybe by Christmas? Hopefully? 😂 That’s probably enough rambling for now. HAPPY FRIDAY!
These two were so much fun to work with - not only These two were so much fun to work with - not only did they leave all their luggage at home during their vacation to Wilmington, but we also showed up to take photos and the beach was closed down for filming 😂 they were so amazing and they went with all the last minute changes with a smile on their faces.
